High Holy Days Are Ours

October 5: (Rev. Katie Kandarian) The fourth source of our living tradition draws wisdom from our Jewish teachings. We are in the midst of the High Holy Days, the period between Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, and Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, which is the most solemn day of the Jewish year. What is the wisdom here for us. Do we have need for atonement?
